Reviews

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Using existing infrastructure We were asked to mount two projectors into board rooms with minimal disruption to the decor of the room. So, we used existing CAT5 and ran VGA from the floor plate to the telcom room and back to the projector location (over 300 ft) using these boxes. We were happy to find that we only needed to provide AC to one of the boxes as the CAT5 carried power back to the other box. It didn't matter which box took the transformer either. It was a simple and straightforward solution that our client loved.

Questions & Answers

Can a network switch be used between the sender and receiver?

Asked by: fervs
This device is not a network device. It will not function properly if ran through a network switch.
