Since this information wasn't listed on the site, and was helpful in troubleshooting some issues, I figured I'd pass it on.
This extender has a draw of 100mA
The extender electronics need to be on the far end, away from the computer, otherwise it won't work

I am interested in knowing the dimensions (width, thickness)of the module that is close to the device end of this cable. Would like to be able to pull it through a conduit. Thanks.

can this be used to stream pc to TV USB?
No. It cannot.

If this cable is being used for a keyboard extension: 1) Does it pass the necessary power through the cable? 2) Does the dongle end go to the PC or keyboard?
The device is marked as Device and PC end. The device end is the dongle side. Please realize that this is a male to male extension. A male to female extension is better supported for connecting a keyboard.
