what gauge wire is the 5 meter usb with right angle made with?

This cable uses 24awg for power and 28awg for data lines.

Is there a version of this cable with the opposite angle for the end that attached to your computer? The printer end is okay as is. This would be used on a Microsoft Surface Book which has the USB ports on the left side of the keyboard.

I have a tight fit with a peripheral up against an enclosure that is difficult to detach so to successfully insert connector it needs to fit between the enclosure wall and the female B port in order to insert without removing the device.
