Well made quality cable. I'm using it in car for Android Auto. I chose it because I did not want a lengthy cable in the way. I measured and new it was tight. For my application, I would like the cable to be 15" rather than a foot.

Worked perfectly
Worked perfect with my Amazon Fire Stick. Needed a longer cord to pull through the cord sleeve in the wall to an outlet hidden in the cabinet beside the fireplace. Perfect length and provided excellent power to the Fire Stick.

Does this cable have a ferrite core attached? Looking for something to plug into a 2.4 amp car charger for my Nexus 5.

What is the wire gauge of the internal wires? 26, 28, or? Does it have any type of isolation or shield? What is the max current rating? Thanks!
The internal wires are 28AWG for data and 24AWG for power. It has an over all foil and a braid shield over the 4 conductors.

Will this cable charge at 2 amps for my Note 2? Most do not, not sure why.
The cable could handle 2 Amps. But the more important question is does the USB charger that you are connecting the cable to support the 2.1A.
