The RapidRun Multi-Format Digital to Analog Upgrade Kit is an ideal solution for connecting the HDMI output of a new laptop to the VGA input of an existing projector over an orange RapidRun Multi-Format runner cable. This kit converts digital HDMI audio/video to analog VGA and Stereo Audio and works with runner cables up to 100 feet in length. Installation is easy and only requires a few steps. Remove the existing flying lead and wall plate and connect the new flying lead and wall plate from the kit to the existing runner cable. Connect the new flying lead to the projector and then connect the included USB power cable and a HDMI cable (not included) from the laptop to the new wall plate and the installation is complete. Don’t bother with the expense or hassle of opening up a wall or tearing out the cable infrastructure, simply install this upgrade kit and connect a new laptop to an existing projector.
