Many high-end work stations utilize multiple display graphics cards that only have a single LFH-59 or LFH-60 (also known as DMS-59 and DMS-60) connection. A breakout cable is necessary to convert this single connection into two more common monitor interfaces such as DVI™ or VGA.

Used the 9in One LFH-59 (DMS-59) Male to One DVI-I™ Female and One HD15 VGA Female Cable
Setup: Dell 6410/docking station uses VGA/DVI to drive dual monitors. Dell 1907FP monitors have a VGA and DVI port. I wanted to have dual monitors for my personal Dell 745. this cable allows this by spliting the video into VGA and DVI this allowing me to use the other VGA and DIV ports on the Dell 1907FP monitors. All I have to do is now put the monitor 'slect' put to toggle between computers and skoll lock twice to actvite the kvm switch. Now I have the used of 4 monitors for the cost of two thanks to Cables to Go!

The product description neglects to tell you that the DVI-I is connected to Monitor 1 and the VGA is connected to Monitor 2.
The splitter works well with NVIDIA boards using the DMS-59 connector.

This adapter was the only thing for my application got a video card thought it was dvi turned out to be weird DMS-59 never heard of it but found this adapter on cables to go plugs to card and has 2 options vga or dvi perfect! Cables to go rocks couldn' find it anywhere else..

Is the same image in the two monitors? or can be used to split de image in two monitors with two different, complementary images?
This cable would be used to split the image for display on two monitors. The image would be the same on both monitors.
