Rated 1 out of 5 by from Takes over the mouse and won't let go The idea is great and, as far as it went, the function worked as advertised. However, the device takes over the mouse and the built-in mouse no longer functions. I had to reboot to get the original mouse back even after disconnecting. Since the mouse functions are probably the worst performing of the features, this is very disappointing and gets in the way when the machine is to be used for normal, non control functions such as writing letters, etc. I wish this was implemented better as I very much would like to have the advertised function. The documentation is also very poor. I was not able to figure out how to designate various programs for the control. (e.g. there are four "program" buttons such as "video program" I could not figure out how to configure these.) Perhaps if this was better, there may have been ways I could have overcome the other limitations. Overall: Great idea but an implementation miss.

Does that big round button work as a joystick? In other word, the signal inside Windows is the same with joysticks which is not just a regular (up,down, left, right) signal as keyboard.

Asked by: Clark
Yes, it acts as a mouse that moves around the screen.
