Excellent product at a great price
I needed a long component cable to connect my receiver to my projector. Most similar cables were over three times the price. This was the right length, durable (was able to shove it under the molding without damaging the cover) and delivers HD quality.

Know your cables
Perfect for what it was designed for. However, the cable ends imply you can hook up a VGA device to component. It is not explained in the description (only found later in the FAQ) that this usage requires conversion. A more complete description of how the cable will work would be helpful rather than having to dig for it.

Excellent cables for the price
I have used velocity cables for years, as I do not think by spending 3 times the amount you get 3 times the quality for simple home use. When my best friend asked me to hook up her new DVDR+hard drive to her satalite and her 50 inch flat screen I went for velocity products. In 8 years of use in my own home I have found zero problems and consistant quality. In her hook up the sound and picture is fantstic. Who could ask for more.

Good Signal, Loose Connections
I used several of these cables on a house with an 8X8 component switch. The signal quality is great, but the connectors are fairly loose, not short of falling out when you attempt to move a component in any direction. When I am paid to install cables in a home that is not mine, having loose connections is a big problem... If you have a small system is your home that you will never touch, these cables are ok.

Excellent Quality
I'm using these cables in a professional video studio and they are working great. The signal is perfect, so why bother spending the extra money on more expensive cables.
