Not worth buying
Sadly, I threw these away too. They are just too slow to work with. I can put on 5 normal RJ45's compared to one of these, and then the likelyhood of it not being good in contact is high. Very unreliable and difficult/slow to put on.

Not Easy - Returning to the vendor
When I received this item, I said to myself, what the heck did they send me. After coming to this site, I figured out what the "power bar" was intended to do. It is way too cumbersome. It must have been designed by a person with little tiny fingers. You made something so simple more complicated. I'll be returning it to my vendor. If you are new to putting on ends, make SURE you don't purchase this item.

Works Great
As some have stated, instructions would be useful. Just feed the wires into the tiny hole guide, and cut the length of wires coming out of the guide so that there is minimal untwisting of the pairs (the CAT rating will be voided if the pairs are untwisted for too long a length). Then simply feed the wire with the guide into the jack and the guide will help place the wires in the proper hole.

I threw these away
I threw these away and bought the RJ45 EZs and more standard crimps. I don't have time to fumble around with these stupid things. My hands are just to big and the Power Bars would not keep the wires aligned. I can't afford to loose that much time. I didn't realize what I was buying.

Load Bar Does Not Hold Wires Securely
One side of the load bar had open half-holes that you snap the wires into. But they would not hold when inserting the load bar into the plug.
Suggest using a plug with a load bar that has eight full holes in it, through which you thread wires. Available at local home centers.

Still too tricky
The insert is supposed to make it easier to line up the wires with the slots in the plug, but it isn't clear how that works. It takes some trial and error to get it right. A "Tips" or instruction sheet would have been helpful.

Don't buy this
These are nearly impossible to thread. I think they were made to be used with a machine because the common man can't thread the cables through that load bar nonsense
