Old RG-59 video distribution.
I changed the video distribution system in my mother's home. All the cabling is RG-59, circa 1960, with the old crimp-on connectors. I didn't want to pull all new RG-6 cable so I was glad to find these connectors to replace the old ones.
It is a rugged connector and is a big improvement over the crimp-on connectors.

These are far superior to crimp on connectors. They have a good tight fit. A little pricey, but worth it.

ARE THESE THE ONES THAT ARE USED ON rg59u WIRE ? THAT IS MY BROBLEM FINDING FITTING FOR THAT TYPE OF WIRE..
These connectors can be used with either RG59 or RG59U cable. The 'U' indicates that the jacket is UV resistant.
