Twisted pair oxygen-free copper wire and foamed PE dielectric fight noise and hum, and are optimized for bass signal transmission. The low loss 100% foil and spiral-wound oxygen-free copper (OFC) shielding protects the important bass signals from electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio frequency interference (RFI). I am looking for new subwoofer cable that connects my amplifier to the subwoofer. The orginal cable is monster and is about 25' long with straight connectors on both ends. Will this cable work as good and can the right angled end be pluged into the subwoofer so that cable does not need to be bent to reach from subwoofer to floor? Any ratings on this brand of cable?
You can use this cable in your application. The right angle connector will allow you to connect the subwoofer without crimping or excessively bending the cable in a tight spot against a wall. We do offer a 25 ft length. Please consider our part 29182 which is also right-angled.
