This HDMI Selector Switch provides six additional high-definition digital inputs for sources including DVD player, Blu-ray™, Disc and HD-DVD players, gaming systems, and high-definition cable/satellite boxes. Most high-definition audio/video components utilize the HDMI interface to provide crystal clear, digital sound and picture. With the wealth of devices now using HDMI, it's common to run out of free HDMI inputs on your TV set or receiver.

This HDMI selector offers five rear inputs plus a convenient front input for connecting gaming systems or HD camcorders and cameras. Fully compatible with HDCP-enabled sources. Blue front panel LEDs display the HDMI source currently selected.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 6-Port HDMI Connector Works Great The 6-Port HDMI Connector Switch enabled me to connect my Roku 3 Streaming Player and my Motorola DCX-700 Cable box to my LG 50" LED TV which only had one (1) HDMI port in the back of the TV. This 6-Port HDMI switch will allow me to expand to a DVD Player and other tech devices requiring a HDMI connector without having to constantly unplug one to plug in another device.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Remote died after 1 year The remote died after 1 year (new battery didn't help, remote is dead) and C2G doesn't sell a replacement. Switch still works but is a pain to use without that remote. Only reasonable workaround is to use a universal remote with the HDMI switch defined as one of your devices. That's still a pain and added expense compared to having the real thing. A product that can't be supported with replacement parts should be approached with caution, especially if those replacement parts are unreliable.

Asked by: Michael
Unfortunately usually a high power supply than required will ruin a product. It would be recommended to purchase a new switch than repair this one.
