Is this capable of connecting a Samsung tablet 2 10 inch and/or a Samsung 4 mini smartphone to a Samsung HDTV?
No. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 does not have an mini HDMI output. It only appears to have the Samsung connector that you would then adapter to HDMI. The S4 mini does not have an HDMI output either. So unfortunately, we do not have a cable that would work.

I need a cable to connect a Canon Rebel T7 video output to a standard HDMI input. The Canon spec says it has a mini-HDMI (Type C) connector. the C2G 40308 would be ideal for length if the Mini HDMI is indeed a Type C. Is it?
A HDMI TYPE C connector is also known as Mini HDMI. So this cable will work with your device properly.

No this will not work with Samsung as most Phones do not have a mini HDMI connection... Please check with the manufacturer of the Product before purchasing.

I'm looking for a mini HDMI connector (laptop) to connect to a HDTV I'am assuming is full size HDMI connector. What does the 3m value series indicate? I'm looking for a skinny cable that would be more portable as the TV will be on a rolling cart for mobile use throughout the department. I'm also looking to see if you have anything longer than a 9.8ft cable, 12ft maybe?
The 3m (3 meters) value series is the length of the cable. Unfortunately, the longest we carry is 3m (9.8ft). The outer diameter of the cable is 6mm.

I want to connect my PC GForce Nvidia graphics card on my PC to a HD TV. The GForce has a mini HDMI port and the TV has a regular HDMI port. Will your cable work?
If the graphics card has a mini HDMI port, this would be the correct cable. I would verify that the graphics card has a mini HDMI port and not a mini-DisplayPort port. This is more common on video cards than the mini HDMI port.
