It does what its supposed to do. If working with Cisco devices the depth of the management space is very limiting. The back plane doesn't allow for excess patch cable lenght to be displaced back.

I tend to be a neat freak and love using these for cable management. They work great with the only con being that they could be deeper (1/2-1" deeper would be nice).
