This USB-C 5-in-1 Compact Dock with HDMI, USB-A, Ethernet and USB-C Power Delivery connects to USB-C or Thunderbolt™ 3 enabled laptops and is perfect for contributing to a desktop solution # making it ideal for inside reps that need essential connectivity while in the office or when working from home.
This USB-C compact dock supports up to 100W of power delivery to charge and power mobile laptops when using the USB-C power adapter that is included with the laptop. The maximum power capacity depends on how much power the connected adapter can supply. The right amount of power is necessary to keep the laptop battery charged, for all connected devices to function, and for the dock to provide that connectivity.
This compact dock includes an HDMI port with a resolution up to 4K (3840 x 2160) at 30Hz for high definition audio/video. The USB-A and USB-C data ports support SuperSpeed USB 5Gbps data transfers # allowing up to 32GB of data to be downloaded in under a minute. The Ethernet port allows for reliable internet connectivity with file transfer speeds up to 1000Mbps. Optimize performance by connecting displays designed for 4K 30Hz signals and USB devices designed for 5Gbps transfer speeds.

Will this docking station support two monitors?
This will only support a single monitor.

Can the connecting cable (USB-C to USB-C) that is included be replaced with another longer, 1ft USB-C to USB-C cable? Do I have to worry about the spec of the cable for compatibility like Thunderbolt 40Gbps or USB3.2 10Gbps?
Any 1ft cable USB-3.2 certified cable will still provide the bandwidth needed to support the docking station.

What is the minimum watts required to provide pass-through charging to a device? I see the max is 100W, but using a 45W USB-C charger plugged into this docking station, it will not charge the laptop. Charger plugged directly into laptop will charge it.

The short answer is there is no minimum watts required. It is possible that there is just an incompatibility issue with the charger and the dock. We are unable to guarantee compatibility with every brand and model on the market. It could be the charger is not using the USB PD so it is not getting passed through.
