RapidRun® is designed to be the standard for in-wall audio/video installations. Using pre-terminated Break-away flying leads and wall plates with an in-wall runner ensures flexible, efficient, high quality connections for all types of equipment, with no field terminations.

Ideal for educational and institutional installations, this wall plate receives PC video, 3.5mm stereo audio and RCA composite audio/video from one Runner cable. Constructed from aluminum for durability, this wall plate has a locking connector that enables the integrator to save valuable space inside the surface mount or electrical box that typically is already packed with cables. The included keystone bezels will work with most brands of keystone inserts including Leviton®, L-com®, NetKey®, ADC Krone, HellermannTyton, and Allen Tel.

Please note: Each complete RapidRun Multi-Format solution requires a break-away flying lead or wall plate to terminat each end of the runner cable. Each runner requires (2) break-away flying leads, (2) wall plates, OR (1) break-away flying lead and (1) wall plate. Due to constraints of available conductors for signal transmission, EDID signals are not supported with this product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from If you are replacing an earlier plate... If you are replacing an older "Yellow" face plate, you will need to get an adapter because the pin-outs are different with this "Orange" one. Plug is the same so you can connect it without the adapter but it won't work. You DO NOT need to change the fanout at the other end of the cable (projector/monitor). Generally this is a good solution however the RCA connectors are the weak link as they can be broken off the plate's circuit board but you can't repair them when they do.

I have ordered 2 of these (60030) and a 42314 to use as a direct replacement for a wall connector that I do not know the part number of. All I know is that it has a yellow lead (thus the reason, I bought a 42314). Any insight into how I can get a replacement to work?

Both sides of the run would have to be replaced since you are currently using yellow. Then you would have to add 60069 to both sides and then attach the replacement lead or plate.

What is the minimum conduit inside diameter that rapid-run cabling can be pulled thru?

The RapidRun Runner Cables can be pulled through conduit as small as 3/4 inch inside diameter.

Will this work as a direct replacement wallplate for model 42313? I ordered the 42313 wallplate through my vendor and I received the 60030 units instead. I need to make sure they work with the 50ft cables I had ordered (42139).

You will need to use 2 of of 60069 for each runner to use a yellow runner with orange leads. http://www.cablestogo.com/product/60069?st=60069
