Who do I contact?
Or you can contact your Account Manager directly. If you are not sure who your Account Manager is, please contact the inside sales teams listed above.
Can I keep sending all my C2G opportunities to the same person?
While you can send everything to the contact you are familiar with, they will route you to the appropriate sales support teams.
Can the A/V Connectivity team check status of my order, see inventory levels, provide special pricing, etc. and vice versa?
No. Each division has their own internal SAP and ERP systems, one does not have visibility to the other.
Will the Data Center Connectivity product retain C2G branding?
No. Those products will be re-branded to coincide with the Data Center division brand strategy. Keep in mind that product packaging will be a rolling change, therefore you may still receive some product with C2G branding.
Why is fiber still on the website?
The website has long been used as a reference tool for many channel partners, and we want to ensure continuity of access to information for all our customers.
When will this change be effective?
Sales ownership changes were established in March of 2020. We anticipate that all the systems (EDI, order processing, inventory, etc.) will be finalized by the end of the year.
