TELFORD, UK — 27 October 2009 — C2G, the preferred provider and trusted expert of high performance cabling and connectivity solutions, has made further investments in the growth of its channel by appointing two experienced national reseller account managers and setting out plans for its first UK partner programme.
Following the appointment of Justin Hulls – who has been a well–known figure in the UK networking and cabling market for the past 18 years – as UK Sales Director, the company has brought in Fraser Henderson and Duncan Sibley, both of whom have extensive channel experience, as national key account managers to provide hands–on support for the company's growing community of UK reseller partners.
In addition, C2G is planning to announce the details of its first formal UK partner programme, which will provide additional resources, encouragement and rewards for resellers that actively take its products to market.
These new investments are a clear indication of the company's desire and determination to succeed in the UK, says Hulls. “C2G is absolutely committed to delivering positive results for its partners here in the UK. We have very quickly established a good rapport with networking resellers and specialist integrators, and we are starting to see good business development in key categories. We are now stepping up our game, making further investments and putting in place additional resources that will help our partners to accelerate their growth with our solutions.”
As key account managers, Henderson and Sibley will be responsible for ensuring that resellers have the information, knowledge and resources that they need in order to win new business. They will also play a key role in rolling out the new C2G partner programme, details of which will be announced at the beginning of November. One of the key aims will be to drive sales growth in new product categories, says Hulls.

USA–based C2G formally launched its UK operations in May this year at Channel Expo. Working through distribution partner Maverick, it has quickly established a community of networking and audiovisual specialist partners in the UK. Hulls was appointed to run the sales operations in May this year and with the addition of two key account managers, the company now has a team of 11 on the ground in the UK, operating out of offices in Telford.
