Q:The Specs say that both ends of the Cable (HDMI & DVI) are male - however, the pictures show the DVI end to be female.
A:Both ends of this cable are male. The DVI connection illistrated by the pictures are male. I apologize if this may have been incorrect when you viewed it.

A:Product 42516 is not TAA compliant.
Q:does this cable suppport audio?
A:DVI-D does not support audio unfortunately. So this cable will not send audio through.
