Ready to work with multiple vendor's equipment, this patch panel is made for exceptional performance with black electrostatic powder-coated steel and 50 micron gold-plated contacts. Every panel comes with 110-type termination, while meeting and exceeding TIA/EIA-568-B Cat6 connecting hardware specifications. The clear numbering on both the front and back of each panel provides a quick, easy way to identify cable runs.

Broken or damaged connectors are no longer a problem; you can quickly and easily replace them with C2G, formerly Cables To Go, keystone jacks. The high density 19-inch panel design lets you mount to any standard 19-inch rack or cabinet, accommodates top, bottom or side cable entry, and also saves valuable space in your rack. Comments about 48-Port Cat6 110-Type Patch Panel:

This made my network organized for the first time since I began working over a year ago. The cables are in an organized and logical order now. This is the best piece of equipment when entering a job with an established network that is in disrepair and in desperate need of organization. This will get organization at the heart of the network, so organization will spread throughout the business. I would highly recommend this product to anyone wishing to expand, organize, create, or repair any network for home or business.

          Service and delivery comments:

No need for service. The delivery was prompt and fully in tact. The color codes are easy to understand. Everything about this piece of equipment is easy. This is the product that you take out of the box and put straight to work.

The picture makes it look like the ports are removable. Are they? That would make punching down cable so much simpler than what I have to go through now.

            Will this Cat6 panel handle Cat6A Cabling/traffic?

              A:

The Cat6 patch panel can only handle Cat6 speeds. It would work with Cat6a cable but will not pass the Cat6a speeds.
