C2G 7-PORT USB HUB - WORKS GREAT, WELL BUILT
I bought a 4-port USB hub for use at a club to which I belong. It worked very well on a PC laptop we use for presentations, when none of the other hubs I had around the house would connect to the PC. I took a chance, ordered one of the C2G units, it worked perfectly, and solid as a rock. I had another issue with an external drive I had on my personal computer at home, which would not show up on my screen, so I tried the unit from the club's PC and it worked fine. I immediately ordered another 4-port and the 7-port to have on hand. Frankly, I thought the price was somewhat out of line compared to what I had gotten other USB hubs for, but the C2G units have proved so good, they will probably, gradually, replace my other hubs around the house. As I say, they are not cheap, but they work, and in the end that is all that counts.

C2G USB Hubs are Great!
This USB Hub takes up very little space and the mounting arrangement aids in the conservation of space. And it works great. C2G products are of very good quality.

Works great. Built sturdy and will last a long time. I like the mount which stabilizes the hub when you plug a usb cable into it.

what is the current output of each port and is there one that output mure current (power) than the others? this device only seem to output 500ma per port which makes for very slow charging!!!
It only outputs 500mA per port. We do not have a USB hub that will give more current per port.

I have this product. Unfortunately, a while ago the power supply got misplaced. I did find in my box of "found" power warts a "Ktec" output 5.0V, 2.0A with Positive on inner plug which does fit the hub. Can I use it?
