Does this junction box screw onto the wall? Or is it inserted into the wall and mounted after cutting a hole big enough to house the box? I'm looking to run a VGA cable down the wall with some plastic raceway and this is the only box I've found so far that might be deep enough for the VGA cable to not cause issues.
