How does this unit attach to a rack? I noticed an offset on the tab; does it mount using the rack mount holes? Or do extra holes need to be drilled in the rack? Thanks
Product 03748 has mounting brackets that will line up with the pre drilled holes on a vertical rack.

For Part Number CG-03748, Is this Front and Rear vertical cable mgmt?
It will somewhat depend on your rack manufacturer and where they have connections for hardware like this, but this should be able to be mounted in either the front or rear of a rack.

How does this vertical cable manager connect to a rack? Is it compatible with any rack? Also, I notice the picture shows the product in two parts. Is the total length 36" with each half being 18" long?
The Vertical Cable Management mounts between standard 7' equipment racks. The total length is 35in. The dimensions are 35in long. Each duct is 4in by 4in.
