I've used an ohmmeter to confirm Bob the Builder's pinout chart. Thanks for that, Bob! They are the same for the RJ45F/DB9 adapters too.

Would be helpful to have a pin color chart to know which color related to which leg of the RJ45 side of the adapter. Very hard to peek down inside there and get the order correct. Here's my informal pin diagram:
