Comments about C2G DB9 Female to DB25 Female Serial RS232 Adapter:

Not a complicated product, and it works as expected. As tends to be the case on these, the knobs are pretty small so those with big fingers may have a little bit of a hard time tightening them.

    • Q:

I have an older HP plotter that works great and has a db25 parallel cable conn, I need to upgrade computer. Most computers now do not have db25 parallel ports but db9 type port. Will this adapter function/work,i.e. connect plotter to computer. If not is there any other way.

This will not convert Serial to Parallel, I would suggest a USB to Parallel cable for your solution.
