The RapidRun Integrated Wall Plates are the perfect solution for educational and institutional installations. The Wall Plates are constructed with aluminum for durability and the locking connector allows the integrator to save valuable space inside the surface mount or electrical box that typically is full of cabling. This particular Wall Plate cuts installation time and cost by allowing you to send PC Video, 3.5mm Stereo Audio, and Composite Audio/Video (3 RCA) over one cable.

Break-Away terminations are available in both Flying Leads and Wall Plates and are also available in different lengths and colors to meet the requirements of the installation. for your installation by using the RapidRun configurator.

The rapid runconfiguration I purchased was used to connect a DLP projector to a wiring closet in a church fellowship hall.

Installation was insanely easy. The cable pulled through the smurf tube easily.

The configuration I selected (VGA + Composite video) allowed me to connect a laptop AND a DVD/VCR combi player with no video switch required, just plug them both into the wall plate. At the projector end I used the flying lead to attach the VGA and Composite video (Yellow RCA) connection on the projector, and used the projectors own source selector to pick your either the Video or the Computer.

With the system being used by non-technical people, this makes the the whole video system very easy to use!
