This is great for pulling wires when working alone. I push it down through the wall insulation and all, then reach my hand in and can easly find the metal tape.
I hook a wire through the loop on the end and tape it to itself then just go back upstairs and pull. With a little wigle the tape is stiff enough to pull the wire through.
