Add the finishing touch to your home theater or clean up the array of computer cables in your office. Decorative inserts and wall plates from Impact Acoustics™ are stamped from 20 gauge steel and painted to match your room décor. Use them in standard electrical boxes or mud rings and standard decorative wall plates for easy installation. HD-15 female “DB” style feed-through connectors provides a secure connection for VGA cables. The 3.5mm jack on the front connects by a 3” pigtail to another jack for easier connection of your audio cable. Use these wall plates for home theater projectors, plasma and LCD screens as well as PC monitor applications.

When I installed a PC into the cupboard above the fridge, I fished the cable for the monitor and the audio through the wall into an electrical box. This product is the perfect finish to this project, and I will use it in other installation jobs in the future.

Being metal I was concerned about the true ivory color. It matched the plastic plate very well. Great peice. I like that the audio connector is on a wire so there is no trouble woth block walls.

We've been using these in a High School environment. They are very clean looking and rugged. They aren't cheap -- but they look great and are holding up even better. We typically use these when installing classroom projectors with long HD15 M/M UXGA Monitor Cable with 3.5mm Audio.

I installed this in my banquet facility to hook to our projector and sound system. It cleaned up some loose wires we had, and made it very simple for our customers to plug their laptops into our system. Don't forget to order both cables to hook a laptop up to the plate so you will have them on hand for your customers.
