Decorative inserts and wallplates from Impact Acoustics™ are stamped from 20 gauge steel and painted to match your room décor. Use them in standard electrical boxes or mud rings and standard decorative wallplates for easy installation. HD-15 female “DB” style feed-through connectors provides a secure connection for VGA cables. Use these wallplates for home theater projectors, plasma and LCD screens as well as PC monitor applications.

I kept having to hook up my xbox 360 in two different rooms of the house, depending on if we were playing video games on the computer monitor or if we were watching netflix on the TV. I needed a solution that enabled me to have the xbox hooked up in two different rooms at the same time without having cables running down the hallway. This wall plate was the perfect solution. Works great [...].

Installed projector on conference room ceiling. This was the perfect item for giving the install a professional look. Put one next to projector and ran 25 foot VGA cable over drop ceiling and down wall, where a second outlet was installed. Be sure to purchase a matching Decora wall plate. You will also want to get wall boxes or low voltage mounting brackets from a home supply store.
