This is exactly what I have needed to use my rear home theater speakers for both home theater and home audio. I was using a cheaper switch that was a speaker selector switch, which had a common ground. This caused some very strange issues with both systems. This solves those problems, but it simply didn't fit well in the low-voltage box. Kind of strange. It just didn't seem necessary for the unit to be as tall as it is, which made me need to modify the low voltage box to get it in place. That's my only gripe so far, and again, it works perfect for isolating the 2 different sources for the 1 set of speakers.

I used this to eliminate the DJ's speekers. I cut in the Juke Box Bose speekers to the set-up. Now when the DJ comes, he just hits the switch and starts up. The customer I installed this for is very happy with the product.
