Using this emitter with a USB-UIRT blaster to control my cable boxes from my SageTV PVR server. It was easy to stick on the boxes and it works like a champ. So far in a month of use not one single command has been missed or misinterpreted.

The Dual Emitter cable works with the IR Repeater System (#40430), which I also purchased. All remote signals for various components work properly through the emitter when transmitted both directly (e.g. when pointed at the component) and when sent via the repeater unit.

No problems or concerns.
