Tried everything we knew, but no matter what we did we couldn't get a picture on the monitor (NEC MultiSync EA190M) from either of the source devices. The bad thing was that we were in the closing phase of an important client installation - the only good thing was that CtoG offered a prompt refund.

I have two desktops. One is dedicated to processing mini-dv tapes into .avi files and burning dvds. The other is older & slower but takes care of email, word processing & browsing. Operating these two computers with one monitor saved both $$ and needed space on the desktop. switching takes about 1 sec and I love the remote since I located the switch out of the way. Great product!
