With a MacBook Pro, the cables mice, keyboards, and other devices fail to work until they are disconnected from the hub and then reconnected. Disconnecting and reconnecting cables from the hub on every use gets old fast.

Comments about Cables To Go 7-Port USB 2.0 Hub:

I ordered a 4 port but called and changed to the 7. Glad I did. I use 5 and my daughter comes in from college and plugs her phone in the other port only leaving one open. I know it will get used for something. Great little device. Oh by the way, THIS COMPANY is great too. They changed my order with no hassles.

Comments about Cables To Go 7-Port USB 2.0 Hub:

Interfaced with Mac OS X ver. 10.6 system. Needed to expand number of USB ports due to failure of ports on monitor. To date have had no problems connecting any USB 2.0 device. Hub is powered by separate power pack so no problems with large memory sticks. Ports are fairly solid and somewhat easy to access with large hands. Power and USB connector are tight in rear of box so no problems with unwanted disconnects.
