Comments about Cables To Go USB 2.0 Super Booster Extender Kit:

Does not perform as advertised. Mouse worked with short cat 5e 24 AWG cable, but no mouse power when using a 10m (32 ft) cat 5e cable. This is half the advertised range. This is a standard cat cable used for our computer networking (LAN)

Comments about Cables To Go USB 2.0 Super Booster Extender Kit:

It sounds like a great product. Only worked with a 12 foot CAT6 cable. I followed all the specs of the cable but it would not work with a 50 foot cable. Once they can fix this I want to try it again.

Service & Delivery comments:

Service was great. Shipping was fest. Customer Care took care of me very well. Tech support was good but because of it being a new product, I needed to be put on hold a lot.

Cables To Go Response: We are sorry to hear that the Superbooster did not work for your application. We investigated this inquiry with our factory and found out that this USB 2.0 Superbooster actually requires a solid 24AWG Cat5e or Cat6 cable to function correctly for some applications at the longer distances. We have since updated our documentation and on our website to reflect this requirement. Please contact our technical support team if you have any further questions.
