The JetLan3200 supports popular network protocols such as Microsoft NetBEUI, and Novell IPX/SPS.

The USB printers below do not support a remote connection and will not work with the JetLAN 3200:

- Any printer that uses customized software (Laserjet 1000 family, some Lexmarks, etc).

We used this device to connect older USB printers, and our HP DesignJet500 engineering plotter to the network. These worked flawlessly and did the job day in and day out.

It performed exactly as advertised. It also works well to charge off a USB port with a male to male USB cable (not provided).
