Comments about AITech AITech Web Cable Plus:

Used product to watch TV and/or movies from internet source and then project it onto big screen TV. After only a few months of minimal use, one of 15 pins on the VGA plug must have fallen out (plug now only shows 14 pins) and screen rarely projected any image at all and when it did project the screen developed a prominent green tinge ruining the appearance of the TV or movie image.

Cables To Go Response: Customer responded back to us: "I have talked with AITech [manufacturer] and they gave me an RMA to return the item for a repaired or new version. I will send it back to AITech later today. They agree that the problem is with the product because I have the same problem of a green hue (when it rarely works at all) when I use the cable with other laptop computers and with other televisions."

We said,"However the converter's VGA connection will only have 14 pins since the 9th pin in the HD15 connection is not used for any part of the VGA signal."

Customer responded:"Thank you for the clarification. I was wondering why there was no hole in the base for the "missing" pin. Thank you for the time you took to make this explanation and inquiry!"

Comments about AITech AITech Web Cable Plus:

This cable is one of the best devices I have ever purchased! It clearly displays my laptop on my television or on a projector. Works great with laptop and wireless keyboard, I can relax on my bed or sofa and still control everything with ease. It is so near perfect I felt bad not giving all five stars. The only thing that stopped me was the lack of the HDMI hookup. If I could only watch my movies in HD... Other than that... I defy a user to find something to gripe about.
