Quickly becoming the standard in satellite and cable television installation, compression connectors provide reliable connections and resistance to moisture. Bright nickel finish stands up to harsh environments and reduces the effects of oxidation. Internal O-rings and a tapered plastic ferrule provide a barrier to moisture migration under the cable jacket that will damage the cable. An O-ring in the nut prevents moisture migration through the threads. Easy installation with the 3-in-1 compression tool #38011.

Features:
  • Weatherproof, stands up to harsh environments
  • Bright nickel finish resists oxidation
  • High frequency, compatible with digital cable and satellite
  • O-rings protect the cable from moisture migration

Comments about Impact Acoustics Compression F-type Connector with O-Ring for RG59 - 10pk:

I changed the video distribution system in my mother's home. All the cabling is RG-59, circa 1960, with the old crimp-on connectors. I didn't want to pull all new RG-6 cable so I was glad to find these connectors to replace the old ones.

It is a rugged connector and is a big improvement over the crimp-on connectors.

Comments about Impact Acoustics Compression F-type Connector with O-Ring for RG59 - 10pk:

These are far superior to crimp on connectors. They have a good tight fit. A little pricey, but worth it.
