We had these cables custom assembled for RS232 control of a Dell projector. We ordered 75 of the custom assemblies and every one of them functioned correctly. Not only was the manufactured piece well made, but the customization done by CTG was executed perfectly.

I used this product to repair a several thousand dollar piece of Chiropractic equipment. My only gripe is that the connector was already assembled and was very difficult to take apart to use. It assembled okay but I think its integrity was weakened from having to take it apart to begin with.
