Needed a quality 3mm to 3mm cable to use with my Zune HD to plug into auxilary port to play MP3 thru my car audio system. Length was just right to Hook Zune up and have it within reach. Cable is flexibal yet sturdy. Now I have my own tunes or HD radio in my car.

I am using the audio cabling to connect the stereo audio output to a second amplified receiver. The XM tuner's transmission is being fed into two amplified devices: one in my den and the other in my bedroom. The cable was run under carpet, adjacent to the walls for about a 67-foot run. The signal from both amplified devices is excellent; and I cannot discern any signal loss! When both amplifiers are powered up, receiving one 3.5mm stereo output from the XM tuner, the signals from both amplifiers are identical to my ears. I often have both amps powered on at the same time for providing XM music to me entire second floor. Cables to Go, job extremely well done! This is an excellent product at a reasonable cost.

Let's get this off the table right now, the cable works well just as one would expect. The gold plating no doubt aids conductivity to reproduce the sound well, but I can't tell the difference.

The construction of the cable is really the most remarkable thing about it though. The casing around the cable is .230" O.D. as opposed to the .140" O.D. cable I got with a pair of high end powered speakers. The ends are quality pieces too.

I hope all that translates to durability. Regardless of practical considerations, the cable looks pretty cool too.
