I bought the 6 foot stereo rca cable, under the impression that I could completely pull apart the left and right cables and run them to my left and right powered speakers. The image shown (which looks to be the 1.5 foot cable maybe) suggests that this would be possible. Unfortunately, the 6 foot version has giant plastic nodes which wrap around the cable, about 8 inches from each end. Thus I cannot pull apart the cables past those plastic pieces.

Good quality cable, but it would be nice if the picture was of the actual product.

I used this to run audio from my HD cable to My 2 Channel receiver in my bedroom. I am very impressed with the quality and neutral sound reproduction. I also have shorter lengths that I use for my turntables and cd player.

My system includes a Denon AVR-5308i and Paradigm Studio Reference 100 main speakers. I replaced run of the mill monster cable and the improvement was immediate. I now hear details that continue to amaze me when compared with the old setup. My friends argue that it's in my head but I couldn't disagree more; not upgrading is their loss

Minor but noticeable improvement over my existing moderate priced RCA interconnects. The fact the cable is shielded probably explains this. Nice solid feel, connectors are quality product and when the connector is exposed the workmanship is solid and well done.

Used with PS Audio Digital Link III and Parasound gear.

I use this cable to connect my Vestax PMC 05-ProII to the main board in my studio (Mackie 1604). I had an issue with picking up radio waves (very feint but they were there) and isolated the source to this connection (turn-tables to main mix). I decided to spend the extra money on a high-quality cable that was properly shielded for its length and I could not be happier. The local rock station is out of my mix and no longer driving me crazy. I would highly recommend this product for anyone considering longer cable runs for analog signal.
I am not a professional audio engineer but am a musician of 17+ yrs, went to school for sound recording technology (FSU - SRT) and do use my studio as part of my multimedia business.
