I used this with a DVR security system. The signal VGA worked fine when I used a 12 foot extender but this 50 foot cable made the color go wonky. I'm stuck using it and I am not sure if the source is too weak to power the 50 ft cable or the cable is bad. When I switch back to 10 ft. it works fine.

I install systems in Dental offices. Many times when you mount the monitor the cpu has to be mounted further away or in a cabinet that a standard 6 ft monitor cord will not reach. This product allows me to mount the monitor where I need to and still have plenty of cable to hide the wire.
