The latest model of Samsumg LED/LCD HDTV dos not have RCA audio out plugs. So i needed a way to get audio to an external amplifier as well as my wife's Sennheiser RF earphones. I used the 3.5mm Male to 2 RCA Female Y Cable with great success. It fits snugly and securely into the crowded side cable area on the side of the TV and bends nicely so it is not visible from the front. I then used two Male RCA to 2 Female RCA Y cables to provide input to both the Yamaha amp and the earphones.
