This is a fine cable and was at a great price, but it would not fit the scanner I had obtained for free. The small end connector was too fat to fit into the space available. I had to swap cables with a printer, which was not a big problem. I purchased because of the good price. It also has illuminated ends, so you have to be aware of that and decide if that is good or bad for your situation.

I was unable to get it to work on my HP photosmart C309a all-in-one machine. However, it worked ok on my Brohter laser printer 5250. I needed it for the HP. So I will have to order another one. Better to have paid for a better quaility first time.

Cables To Go Response: We sent him a replacement cable free of charge. There is no real explanation as to why this is not working with one printer, but working with the other.
