This precision-engineered cable is fully compliant with the DVI standard defined by DDWG (Digital Display Working Group) using TMDS signaling. The DVI-D dual link configuration provides enough bandwidth for resolutions up to 2560x1600 pixels and allows high speed digital video transmission up to 9.9 Gbps. 28 AWG copper conductors are individually insulated in foam-polypropylene to minimize crosstalk, and ensure high-speed, error-free transmission. Tri-shielded undermold and braid shield protects against unwanted EMI/RFI interference. Gold-plated contacts provide full conductivity with no data loss. PC and Mac compatible cable supports hot-plugging of DVI display devices. PC-99 color-coded: white Connector 1: DVI-D Dual-Link 24-pin Male Connector 2: DVI-D Dual-Link 24-pin Male Please Note: Does not support analog video; only supports digital video signal.

Works OK, but only if you screw in the ends. Connections seem looser than the shorter cables that I replaced with these.

I use this cable to connect my Apple Mac Mini to a Samsung Monitor. I had a VGA cable, but didn't know when I ordered the computer that it required a different monitor connection. I like Cables to Go website, because they explain things really well and have good pictures to give you an idea what you're actually ordering.

We have large confrence room tables with power and data connections on top - we added P.C. projectors and a P.C.'s underneath with witht he holes for the cabkes in the middle of the tables and the stock length VGA cables just didn't cut it - these worked perfect. Now the P.C.'s can be moved closer the edge of the tables and turned on when neded instead of crawling underneath the tables.

Replaced a just-a-bit-too-short DVI cable I got with my monitor. Compared to the cable this replaced it is noticeably thicker and stiffer to bend. It also doesn't have those cylinders towards the ends of the cables (inductors?), but I don't have any trouble with display quality.

I use this cable with a custom built, overclocked PC and a 24" Gateway flat panel. This PC is primarily used for graphics intensive gaming at very high resolutions and with all graphics effects settings at the highest selections available. Perfect length and I've experienced excellent performance at least equal to or better than the "stock" 6' cable.
