Over time we have received some cables that "Meet the Specification" Yet you can see the difference where the contacts are recessed 1/16" from the end of the connector. This causes marginal contacts and our camera sometimes works. Disappointed that I had to second source this cable

This was about half the price of "Best Buy". My eSATA connection kept going to sleep, but using Firewire I'm not having any problems.
