Great piece of hardware. Perfect for custom serial connections. Make sure you know your pinnout because guessing will make using it very difficult.

Would be helpful to have a pin color chart to know which color related to which leg of the RJ45 side of the adapter. Very hard to peek down inside there and get the order correct. Here's my informal pin diagram:
