The modular adapter I received was very well constructed and packaged.

I was having trouble with figuring out my pinout, so I called customer service. The technician was very courteous and went above and beyond helping me find the documentation necessary to make my pinout correct. With his help, I got it right the first time. This behavior is so rare in companies these days. It was greatly appreciated!
