I'm not a "techy" with cable connectivity so was a little unsure of what I needed and how to extend my cable. Cables To Go described the adaptor (coupler) so that I understood it was what I needed. To be sure I used it correctly I used on-line assistance which gave me quick response, friendly, and polite answers.

Service & Delivery comments:
