Due to government regulations, we must charge tax on all orders where Cables To Go ships into these states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Washington. However, we do not charge tax on orders delivered to the other 32 states. If your order will ship to one of these states and you can provide a valid exemption certificate for that state; we will be happy to exempt your order from sales tax and mark your account for exemption from tax for all future shipments to that state.

If You Are a Current Customer and Are Eligible For Tax Exemption:

Please fax your tax exemption certificate to Jason Jones at 937-496-2669 or email it to him (Attn: Tax Exemption) at customer-service@cablestogo.com. We will then quickly adjust your web account accordingly.

If You Are a New Customer and Need to Order ASAP:

Simply place your order as a new customer (click here to go to your shopping cart). Then fax your tax exemption certificate to Jason Jones at 937-496-2669 or email it to him (Attn: Tax Exemption) at customer-service@cablestogo.com. We will then process your order as quickly as possible, and will refund any tax that was charged back to your account.

If You Are a New Customer and Can Wait 1 Business Day to Order:

Just fill out the form below, and then send us a copy of your state document that certifies your tax exemption. Either fax this to Jason Jones at 937-496-2669 or email him (Attn: Tax Exemption) at customer-service@cablestogo.com. Once we receive this certificate, we will notify you via email or phone that your account is now ready to order online without tax.
