In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, Cables To Go is voluntarily recalling AC power adapters sold with the #29565 Go!Data 3.5” Hard Drive Enclosure. The adapters can potentially overheat, which could pose a risk of fire or electrical shock. Potentially affected adapters are branded as "PRiver" or “MoreTec” and were sold with the drive enclosure from May 24, 2004 through February 21, 2005.

If the adapter is affected by this issue please fill out the form below and a new AC adapter will be sent to you free of charge. Cables To Go will also provide a means for you to return the affected adapters for proper disposal.
